The A.P Housing Board has proposed for sale of the following vacant Flats in Singapore Class Township at Pocharam, Ghatkesar Mandal, R R Dist. on first cum first served basis in " as is where is basis" on outright sale. The date for submission of application along with Demand Draft of EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) and application start from 18.03.2016. and get closed as soon as all flats are allotted.
Terms and conditions.
Interested persons have to download the application form and submit in the office of the excutive engineer (Hg), Central Division, AP Housing Board along with the application cost Rs 200/- and 10% of the cost of the flat with DD in favour of Executive Engineer (Hg), AP Housing Board, Central Division, Hyderabad payable at Hyderabad. Flat numbers will be allotted at their choice among available vacant flats at the time making application but not drawl of lots in the Division Office.
On allotment of flat the purchaser has to pay the 20% of the cost of the flat excluding the 10% of cost paid along with application with in "1" month from the date of allotment and balance 70% of the upset price within "3" months from the date of allotment.
The AP Housing Board will provide tripartite agreement for obtaining bank loans. For any extended period beyond 90 days (3 Months) from the date of allotment of flat a simple interest @ 12% P.A. on the balance amount to be paid.
If purchaser want to be cancel the allotment of defaults for payment of 20% within one month from the date of allotment, the 10% amount will be forfeited paid by the purchaser along with application to the AP Housing Board and the flat will be put to re-notification.
The Purchaser on payment of the balance 70% cost of the flat should also deposit plan, water and electricity connection charges Rs 13,450/- and Gas connection Charges Rs 10,100/- along with the cost of the flat to get the flat registered in his/her favour. Further he/she has to bear the stamp duty and registration charges as per rules.
The purchaser has to pay parking charges if parking available ( Covered 60,000/- semi-covered 40,000/- and open parking Rs 25,000/-). A Sum of 15,000/- for HIG flat and Rs 20,000/- for Duplex, pent house is to be deposited along with cost of the flat towards Maintenance Deposit.
The Vice Chairman & Housing Commissioner is final authority either to accept or to reject any allotment and reserve right to cancel the notification without assigning any reasons thereof and is not challengable.
