Double Bedroom Scheme Starts Soon - 2BHK Scheme

Recently Telangana Housing Scheme received co-operation from cement companies.  The Government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with 32 cement companies in order to further its 2BHK scheme. As per the contract, the cement companies provide 27.31 lakh metric tonnes of cement for the housing scheme for the poor. The cement will be provided at the agreed rate of Rs 230 per bag for three years. 

The agreement was signed by the Telangana Housing  Corporation and 32 cement manufacturers. The companies have agreed to provide the cement within 48 hours of receiving the orders for the same from the district collectors. 

The 2BHK housing scheme is one of the most ambitious project of the Telangana Government.The state intends to construct a total of 2.6 lakh housing units for the poor in urban as well as rural areas. Telangana Housing Minister Indra Kiran Reddy appreciated and thanked the cement manufacturers for their cooperation towards the important project.   

The CM KCR said to the media today (28.11.2016) that we are going to expand the double bedroom scheme soon. We have already received cooperation from the cement companies to provide cement at the price of 230 per bag for three years. Definitely 2BHK aspirant will receive a good news regarding the scheme.

Double Bed Room Scheme Telangana 2015-2BHK Scheme-Telangana

Hello Friends,

Today I am here with the grate news..Yes really it is very good news. Telangana CM KCR is going to start scheme of 2BHK in Telangana on 17th of this month e.i. 17-08-2015

According to the eligibility people should apply for the 2BHK Scheme. The procedure for the application will be informed on 17th of August 2015.

The people who are not satisfied and not approved their housing application earlier will try again now. Many are awaiting for this scheme. so lets wait until 17th August.

Now CM KCR are busy with "GRAMA JYOTHI " launch at village of Gangadevi palli of district Warangal. After completion of this he is going to focus on 2BHK scheme and will launch on 17th.

The official news will be put at the Telangana State houing site soon.

The district collectors will enquire about eligibility of beneficiary families across the district. This time all are eagerly awaiting for the date of 17th August.

Main Reason for not showing many applicants data

I think you people applied for this before formation of Telangana State. That is why your application is not showing. These two Governments differentiated their housing sites. Already approved applications showing directly on their sites but what about still under verification applications.

Click on the "DISABLED BENEFICIARY: button

Step 03.

You will get the data of all Districts, all Mandal and all villlages applicants.

So you need to select your respective district,Mandal and village. And you will export this data into PDF,Excel also. Identify your name in that list

Sill you have not seen you application contact key personnel

Keep your application number with you.

Step 1: You have to visit Meeseva Portal

Step 2: Enter Your Application number in the field of "Know Your Application Status"

Step 3: Click and Enter the CAPTCHA, Then Submit.

That's it. You done.

How to Check the Status of Housing Application.(TSHCL)

You will see the "BENEFICIARY SEARCH" Button under the Headline of "STATUS OF BUILT HOUSES" Click on that button.

Step 03

You will be redirected to the page of beneficiary search  OK..
now you need to enter the Beneficiary ID in search box and click on "SEARCH"

It will shows the current status of your housing application

OR...IF YOU DO NOT HAVE BENEFICIARY ID

Select District, Mandal,Village, Caste and click on "GO" button

The data of your village under caste which you have selected will show. Identify the name of you and get the status whether it is approved or not and in stage where it is.

Then why are you getting late go and search your application.
