Telangana Housing Flats sale at Bandlaguda

The Telangana Housing Board has proposed for sale of the vacant flats at Bandlaguda, Tattiannaram (V), Hayathnagar (M) Ranga Reddy District in first cum first served basis in ' as where is condition'. The date of submission of the application along with Demand Draft of EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) and applications starts from 15th November 2016 and will be closed as soon as all the flats are allotted. 

Terms and conditions

Interest persons have to down load the application form and submit in the office E.E (Hg) South Division, THB, 6th Floor Gruhakalpa. The cost of the application form of Rs 500/- and 10% cost of the flat in shape of D.D. in favour of Director (EDS), E-Seva payable at Hyderabad is to be submitted along with the application, Flat number will be allotted of their choice among available vacant flats at the time of making application. 

On allotment of flat, the purchasers have to pay the 90% of the cost within  3 months from the date of allotment. The THB will provide tripartite agreement and NOC for obtaining bank loan at his risk and responsibility. For any extended period beyond 90 days (3 months) from the date of allotment of flat, a simple interest @ 12% P.A on the balance amount will be levied

Allotment of LIG Flats at Pocharam on First Served Basics under hire purchase scheme with 40% down payment

The Telanagana Housing Board issued Notification No.502/LIG F/Pocharam/E4/EE/CD/2015 

This is reference to the allotment of ready build LIG Flats at Pocharam under hire purchase scheme. Few LIG Flats available at Pocharam near outer ring road adjacent to Singapore Class Township, Raheja High Tech City and infosis I.T. Park.

The A.P. Housing Board has constructed 450 LIG Flats (360 Nos of 512 Sft and 90 Nos, of 355 Sft) at Pocharam, Annojiguda, Ghatkesar Mandal, Rangareddy District. Few flats which are ready for occupation are available in this Scheme for allotment on First Cum First Served Basis under Hire Purchase Scheme with 40% down payment on " as is where is basis"

Interested persons have to submit the applications for allotment duly paying 40% of final cost, as shown in column (6) and Rs.200/- application cost in the form of demand drafts, drawn in favour of Executive Engineer (Hg), A.P. Housing board, Central Division, Hyderabad payable at Hyderabad. The Flats allotted under Hire purchase basis will be handed over to the Applicants after execution of lease cum sale agreement, as the Flats are ready for occupation. Flat numbers will be allotted at their choice among available vacant flats at the time of making application but not drawl of lots in the Division Office

Maintenance Deposit & Charges, Electrical Service Connection Charges, Water Connection Charges, Incidental charges etc., are extra over the final cost

Filled-in Application Forms along with Demand Drafts of EMD and Application cost, to be sent to Executive Engineer (Hg), Central Division, A.P. Housing Board, 6th Floor, Gruhakalpa, M.J. Road, Nampally, Hyderabad. The date for submission of application along with Demand Drafts of EMD and application start from 24.02.2016 and get closed as soon as all the flats are allotted

a) The Applicants should specify the mode of allotment i.e, First Cum First Served Basis 100% payment) or Hire Purchase (with 40% down payment). 

b) Income limit per month is Rs.15,000/-and above. 

c) The A.P. Housing Board (Allotment, Management and sale of Houses or Flats) Regulation 1997 and amendments made from the time to time shall be applicable. 

d) The Notification shall not confirm any right on any applicant for allotment of Flat.

Telangana Housing Board open bid of flats at Pocharam

Hi Friends,

 

Today we would like to share with you the grate from Telangana Housing Board (THB). The THB has proposed to conduct Public Auction for sale of the vacant flats in Singapore Class Township (Sankruti Township) at pocharam, Ghatkesar Mandal, Rangareddy District, Telangana on " as is where is basis" at 3.00 PM onwards on 29.12.2015 at Meeting Hall, Gruhakalpa, A.P Housing Board Hyderabad.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AUCTION

 

The participants should deposit Rs. 1,00,000/- as EMD by means of Demand Draft obtain in favour of the Executive Engineer, Central Division, A P Housing Board, Payable at Hyderabad and submit the same before commencement of the auction and the demand draft will be refunded to the unsuccessful bidders soon after the auction is completed. The amount of EMD will not be acceptable on cash.

 

The sale of flat is Public Auction

 

The auction will be held at the place and date as given in the official notification

 

The action officer have the wright and power to change, modify, alter, extend or prepone the time of the  auction  and also to postpone the auction to any other date for reasons recorded in writing, also have the wright to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason and no grievance thereof will be entertained. The bidding by the applicants shall be in multiple as may be fixed the Auction Officer before commencement of the auction.

  

The highest bidder should deposit 25% of the bidding amount and 1% action expenses on the total bid amount within 24 hours of action is closed and the balance of the 75% should be remitted within the 30 days from the date of confirming the action by Vice Chairman & Housing Commissioner.

For any extended period beyond 30 Days a simple interest of 12% on the balance amount due to the Board shall be charged up to 30 days. Also the highest bidder while depositing the balance 75% of bid amount, should also deposit plan, water & Electricity connection charges Rs 13,450/- and Gas connection charges Rs 10,100/- along with the cost of the flat to get the flat registered in his/her favour, further he/she has to bear the stamp duty and registration charges as per rules

• Open parking 25,000/-

According to the notification highest bidder does not have any legal right to claim the ownership of the Flat till the auction is confirmed by the Vice Chairman and Housing Commissioner, payment of entire bid is made and the House is registered in his/her name. The Flat will be registered in favour of the auction purchaser only. If more than one person participated in the auction for single Flat; he/she should get the particulars recorded on the spot. No auctioned Flat will be divided between the joint auctioneers.
